The importance of the mobility issue has increased since January 2006 being integrated part of the generell campaigning as conceived and lead by the Klimaschutzagentur.
The existing structure of biannual meetings („Stakeholders’ Forum“) with partner organisations, authorities and companies (like regional ESC) was enlarged in both number of attending persons as well as decisive projects planned and organized together.
The Klimaschutzagentur has a wide spectrum of different partners organised in advisory board, shareholders’ assembly and associated members. For every climate protection issue like solar devices, wind energy use super efficient houses etc., there is a series of meetings every twice a year organised by Klimaschutzagentur. Here all of the mentioned partners ar einvited and may come together, listen to expert speeches, discuss trends and future projects.
Sometimes guests from non-associated institutions are invited to meet new partners, exchange views and learn about the possibilities of membership.
As far as project ideas are brought from external persons to the agency, it might be a topic at the next Forum and lead to a new project.
The projects then are further draught up and organised in a so-called „Project’s Forum“ which gathers all persons dealing with the project - these may be also promotion agents or ESC which is offering a certain service in favour of climate protection.
